Delete your account

You can delete your Huisbrein account at any time, in the app or by e-mail.

In the app

1. Open Me › Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and everything that belongs to it are deleted at once, on all your phones.

Without the app

Send an e-mail to contact@gonewithus.nl from your account's address, with the subject Delete my account. We delete it and let you know: within a month, usually within a few days.

What is deleted

• Your name, e-mail address and password (it was stored only as a hash).
• Your sign-in keys: you are signed out on every phone.
• The records of your consents.
• Once the app has them: your house, photos, documents, scans and plans.

Cloudflare's backups are overwritten within 30 days. More in the privacy statement.
